That isn't a WIP, Tom regularly releases sketches like that based on suggestions from his Patreon members. Most of them are cute character interactions that people want to see but aren't canon to the comic
That's something he always insisted on, because he knew a lot of children watched and he didn't want to worry them. Also he didn't want to imply that Scotty was such a bad mechanic that he'd lost a finger on the job!

The character speaking is one of triplets who get differentiated in the manga with different fonts for each one. That's a fan translation, they must have picked the Star Trek one just because. But that's not even the weird part... The guy they're fighting is Che Guevara, who had pissed on them as a distraction after they beat up Mike Tyson. Baki The Grappler is *wild*
Some guys don't take no for an answer... Which is why I'm ready to back up my girl when she takes a swing at the prick, cuz he deserves it

Fun fact, it wasn't a rip-off but a mutual nod! The Warhammer creators used to go out drinking with the Dredd guys, and they included references to each other and shared artists
Giant titties aren't the only kind of fan art! Vezimira, the artist for #5 and #7 , draws them as femboys getting tentacled instead
Zombie Strange's awakening made me cheer out loud even though I was watching alone, that whole sequence was the most "Raimi" Sam has Raimi'd since the Doctor Octopus operating room massacre
They're kind of a unique faction/religious order with members from all the other groups, sorta like how the Deathwatch take marines from other chapters
That means they're sure to do something with the Ynarri soon, right? ..................Right?
Loved it as a teen, was excited when I read the manual for Planescape: Torment back in the day and saw that he was The Nameless One!
