Longest season ever maybe, 275 days, nice runs 2 miles to 5 miles. There is nothing wrong with that. I however quit alpine skiing in my teens because -- I can xx without using any resources but the wax I buy.

Finally learned to care enough for myself that I got me to urgent care one Saturday, checked in with, 'I'm having a mental health problem', sat down until they called me. Doc asks, 'your intake sheet doesn't say anything?' I said, Oh, I said mental health. She said, Oh of course, they don't want to shame you by writing it down. ! I thought we'd gotten farther than this. :(
