*GRAPHIC* My old man would hit them in the head with a stick real hard and slit their throat over a steel trash can. He would then loop their hind legs in slipnots suspended from above. Cut the skin around each ankle and connect the cuts at the groin. He would pull the skin and fur down to the neck and front legs and use garden shears to snip the front ankles and neck. He would then gut them and snip the rear ankles and bring the carcass to the house. 5 to 10 minutes total time.
