I'm not familiar with it, but looking at Wikipedia --- I don't think it's accelerationism. TL;DR apparently, they don't consider Jews outside of Israel as "true" Jews, and want them all to move to Israel (to become "true Jews"). One of the ways is to encourage conditions for them to worsen abroad, essentially by encouraging (actual, not anti-Israel "antisemitism") antisemitism.
Frankly, it feels like the equivalent of shooting yourself in the foot just to get a taxi to the hospital.

The lack of differentiation between Zionists and Jews is discouraging, but not surprising considering the (at times) low-key antisemitism from fascist political movements around the world. It was right out in the open in certain groups/places, but not so openly as the last few years, you're right. Few people were paying attention to the situation in Palestine as recently, but now everyone's chiming in, and a disappointing number don't care to distinguish between the two at all.
