KerryGold is the best butter, their salted one is used in a lot of my cooking. Some of my Irish recipes call for it specifically. Their Dubliner cheese is both sweet and nutty!

Reminds me of my three years of armed combat choreography class in college. That was a fun class, rapier, rapier and dagger, rapier and buckler...getting a grade for playing with sharp objects was a fun class.
