No matter how good of a house you buy, there’s going to be some issues you missed, the inspector didn’t call out, and the broker didn’t mention. The biggest thing is that you get it taken care of before the winter hits (when ice can turn a small issue into a big one). But, above any small issue, you have something that is now yours and you can do whatever you want with it, be happy and be proud!

I don’t feel one way or another about it, but I will say I don’t think it’s necessarily about “attention seeking” here as it is “flaunting”. If it was about attention, I would think they’d go to a platform with far higher traffic. Also I feel like there’s only a handful of users that do it, you could likely block their posts to “clean” your feed.
