My dad loves fixing and flipping houses. He’s single and does it all on his own. He’s retired, and it gives him something to do for a few months.
It’s gotten way too expensive to do this in the state we live in (Arizona), so he bought a house on Zillow in Ohio. Much more realistic housing market.
He got there and walked into a mess.

As someone who cleans out houses and estates, the colours would be as they are for me. Packrat houses are often a fun time to clean out. You just have to be careful what you throw away, as some things have unexpected value.

It also depends on the condition of the stuff. Meticulously sorted and boxed items in great condition? Sure. A hoarder hole filled with rotting trash, shit precariously stacked, and it's mostly busted shit they can't be assed to throw away? Nah, that's no fun.
Same if your floor is fucked due to said rotting trash.

yep, thats the normal view. Stop signs and stop lights are red. red is bad. But for whatever reason the colours are inverted on imgur.
