So some time ago, a lot of posts were deleted, and for some sort of glitch a bunch of tags ended up with negative points as a result. Can't remember if #books already went back to the positives. In short, this site works like crap.

How do you have a negative amount of posts? Does that mean this place isn't gay enough? Oh my god! Do we need more gay???

i believe it is because they count the total amount of posts with that tag minus posts that were removed or deleted, either by imgur or the user. science stuff was crazy popular on imgur for a long time so my guess is there were a lot of bot posts that got removed or a few prolific bot users that got deleted. it's a bug that imgur counts that's way but that's what it is. probably. they could have some more bugs we don't know about yet
