I had to train 17-23 year olds on how to sweep and mop from the very first step because they had zero clue. Some clearly have done it before at home. Others would like, press down on the broom. Push the mop in a single line straight ahead and not know to fan it back and forth. Like, completely had no idea. It was wild.

These succulents, "hen and chicks", are extremely hardy. Think of them more like cacti rather than garden flowers/bushes/etc. My main concern initially was that I thought they were using tweezers because scratching the skin could cause rot, but they are using rounded nose tweezers. With this succulent, I would literally pop off the "babies" you can see are lifting up the main mother plant and just stick their root stock into the soil. That's it. Incredibly hardy, incredibly forgiving.

Miss Agnes is a perfect squishy angel loaf
A dear friend of mine did that job as well. Female, I'd say around 5ft 6. She told me stories that are just horrifying. She, too, had to lock herself in the office for personal safety and also was told there was no other backup and she was on her own. Went on medical leave a couple times for mental health (yeah no shit) and finally went back to school. Thank goodness.
