I disagree on the grounds a Roman governor and Jewish religious elites wanted Jesus killed because both groups wanted order and control over the people. To a have a living God not under their control would have undermined all their authority, so killing him and suppressing the events would be in their best interests. Think about how much leaders now pay to scrub their history and it makes sense why there wouldn’t be much evidence in the form of monuments.
Not saying going a peaceful route isn’t preferable because open fighting cost more lives and resources even if the bad guy wins. I’m going to wager that the peaceful revolutions though were possible because the folks in power saw the alternative was a fight with a larger or more threatening entity that they wanted to avoid. Simple vs complex resistance. Simple is where people can clearly see the oppressor is different. They raise an army.Complex is where the enemy is from within. Gets harder because there’s a negotiation hoping the opposition will honor societal norms.All that to say is I know there is a hope the other guy will suddenly come to his senses, but sometimes that conflict will involve throwing hands. I’m all for peace but sometimes you have to flash a piece for it.
There was one weird story that either got taken out of continuity or just buried when Hulk was wilding out because he was horny, lonely, and felt like Jennifer was the only one he could possibly be with because she was the only woman then that was like him.
Funny thing is that prison actually isn’t free. Through the magic of America’s incarceration system, the prison makes money off of prisoners through fees for being in prison, pimping inmates out for services, and other things while barely getting paid if at all.
Those bumpers themselves are designed to be ok in a collision up to a certain speed, so it didn’t exceed it, yeah the damage is superficial and can be popped out. My real concern would be if the driver hit the middle of the bumper where there is a reinforcement behind it. If those welds popped, then that’s where the reason issues start.
It shows the contradiction of white supremacy because at first only certain European ethnic groups were considered superior and they looked down on immigrants from other countries. To keep the groups from aligning with minorities and be out numbered, the racists all of a sudden developed acceptance of other groups, proving its all crap.

So I’m reading A Resistance History of the United States. The US was not off to a great start even before the Confederacy. In fact, I’d say the Confederacy was really a holdout for Colonial America. People like Trump have been embedded into America since the first ship came to the Atlantic coast.
Think that’s the point: break it up into nice corporate controlled chunks.

The KKK were racist against the Irish, so I’m not inclined to allow their interpretation of white be the standard. Of our understanding of whiteness, the Romans originated from Europe, so they’re white. Now if you want to get Biblical, white supremacy wasn’t so much of a thing so they didn’t care as much as Jew vs Gentile or which ethnic groups were the result of incest in one case.
Ok, we’re talking about the Bible here. But if you want to go that route, the expansion of Whiteness in the US also meant including people from the Middle East as White, like they did with the Persians and Italians for example. That meant the KKK had to pull back because it meant any immigrant groups aligning with Black folks. Pulling the KKK’s or America’s racism into the argument expands the number of White folks in the Bible.
Arnold’s workouts only worked if you were taking gear and had the physique for it. Other than that, it was a ticket to injuries and frustration.
