I had a similar call myself, guy didn't say the same thing, but got pissed off when I was explaining how to avoid being charged. I said "I was just explaining how to avoid the charges, I was giving you the credit but I can just as easily take it off." he shut up quick. And since he had called in the past 6 months in a row to get the same thing credited off, I noted on his account that it was blocked and he was informed how to avoid it and to not credit him again...
When I worked for a call center down the row from me a woman called in wanting a credit, supervisor took over the call. She was explaining the charge to the woman when the woman goes "I know you must hate your job, but maybe if you went back to school and got a better education you could get a better job." response was "I have a college education and I happen to love my job. I was giving you that credit but I can just as easily take it off."

And again, you are ignoring the fact that your choices help republicans destroy lives. You literally keep trying to sweep that fact under the rug. Your argument doesn't decrease votes for republicans at all, so it decreases the votes for democrats, making republicans win. You are literally trying to help republicans win. They need to change yes. But refusing to vote for them literally only helps republicans. You can argue all you want that it will force democrats to understand that they need to change, but all it does is allow republicans to have the power they need to destroy america. They did the same thing in 2024, you heard constant posts about not supporting genocide, but then after Trump "won" you didn't see those posts anymore. Yeah, and worse, the mechanic and even the garage, weren't punished at all for it. I forget why but I think it was sort of like qualified immunity. I cant remember the exact details of the case, I tried searching for it, but the results I get are one mechanic starting a car during an oil change and killing another mechanic and the lawyer suing the car owner
Like the "glass half full or half empty" question, they are gay or straight depending on who they are with at the moment... /s
I saw an article a couple years ago, I think it was from Michigan. Mechanic took a guy's car for a joyride and either hit someone or hit another car or something, and the owner of the vehicle was fined/charged for it even though he had nothing to do with it, all because it was classed as an "authorized driver" even though the mechanic didn't have permission to go driving the car around... (not a test drive)
