Same for me. Huge haemorrhage at delivery meant my body had nothing left to give. Baby needed to eat. Formula was literally a lifesaver.

Victorians made "pap" - flour mixed with cow's milk or goat's milk and water to feed babies. Charles Dickens mentions it in Great Expectatio
Before commercially produced formula, sure. But people have been feeding babies on things other than breast milk for centuries
Oooh yes...those kegels only ever do so much. The NHS has an app called Squeezey that's good though!

Once had a lift from a taxi driver with a tattoo of Hitler's face on his bicep. That was unsettling to say the least.
Also talk about safe sex as in feeling safe when you're doing it. How to recognize danger. How to talk about consent.
