He's going to be Reed Richards and the trailer for Fantastic Four says Sue is pregnant.
Aside from the problems with inflation/growth wealth mindset which most people rightfully highlight, I also think that housing tends to have significant overhead/maintenance that aren't factored in well for 'value'. That being said, as @FrankJustice1 notes, its generally decent for building equity, at least compared to alternatives.
1st, democrats didn't run on identity politics, it was always a conservative talking point to complain about society and create an ephemeral "other" to make their base feel marginalized and outcast. 2nd, if you voted because "the economy", and aware of the rhetoric that was being espoused by the conservative party/population regarding identity politics, then you've shown you value money over humanity. If people unfriend you for that, well, you get what you deserve imo.
I am glad that what I assume is some of the best content is reposted to a different site that does not have all the negative connotations that plague TikTok. I'm glad I'm able to enjoy the content without needing to go to that site/app.

I don't disagree, but I do find it an oddly low audience score for how loved it is. If I had the motivation I'd see why but I'm too tired to care more than commenting this.
To be fair, his Apple Tv show got canceled because Apple didn't want him to be so critical of China (IIRC), so he does have 'unplanned' free time now.
I hope the artist is ok.
