#3 (it’s better now) but I recently started adhd meds and have been upping my dose and that can be a bit special. Spent two FULL days obsessively organising all the music in my Spotify into specific categories. I am very satisfied with how it turned out but I felt absolutely neurotic 😂

I live in Stockholm, unfortunately the waiting times for certain things I’ve needed are REALLY long and often it’s just hard to even get onto the waiting list, bc it’s so long. If you have the means you can go private and then there are no wait times. But I’ve heard in general you are well taken care of when you have something physically life threatening like cancer. varies from medical area to medical area. But hope we don’t normalise private too much, even if it has its benefits in dire times.

I just saw that at my local library in Stockholm, if you login to their WiFi, you can use all the structured study material from a well respected traffic school nearby to study for your drivers license theory test! The material is otherwise around 30 dollars to buy. I will definitely go, not only to save money but also have a dedicated space to study for the test!

I love buttons. The simpler the better but l really lolled at this. Explains today’s car technology perfectly.
The thing with ADHD is (probs similar to Autism) is that quite a lot of people may have traits of it, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they need a diagnosis.You can end up filling some of the criteria for a diagnosis but not quite reach the threshold. I fill almost all the sensory issue points they measure for autism lol. It needs to have impacted several pillars of your life negatively, throughout your life (9-12 & adulthood). Harder to see on those who are more intelligent & inward presenting
#7 just got diagnosed with ADHD recently, I have a similar experience 🤣 Many neurotypicals have been like “what do you mean you have ADHD??” while my fellow ADHDers were like either pretty or very sure, but never said anything, just thought I knew. Well I sure as hell didn’t, but better late than never lol.
