I hurt my groin…just sitting down to pull on the first leg warmer, while this guy is smiling while his foot is in the heavens. I should probably do something about that. I won’t, but probably should.
When you're having the best dream and suddenly your foot decides you don't deserve it... ugh I hate the foot cramp. Luckily I've started sleeping with my toes to the wall so it helps to be able to tense it up against a hard surface. But swear to god it happens like once a month or two to me. Not severe but enough to fucking wake me up
glycinate or bisglycinate, whichever is cheaper, both are excellent. Magnesium can also be absorbed through the skin, which is why a bath with epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) has a relaxing effect.

At this point I would be happy not to wake up with immense muscle pain every morning throughout the day, and then there is this guy...

tried magnesium?
GravyEducation
No, I thought it was just basic dehydration/diet stuff. Does it help?

Yes

Magnesium glycinate at around 8:30 pm. It’s the easiest magnesium in the stomach and I think the best absorbed.
And yes to electrolytes; better if they are sodium based and not sweet.
