A mascara base!? I find mascara heavy enough, I can't imagine a base. For God's sake, there used to be foundation, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, and lipstick. Blush and lip liner if you actually needed it. Now there's primer (basically bodyfill like on a car), foundation, setter, eyebrow "tamer", eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara (now mascara BASE), lip primer, li liner, lipstick, and lipstick setter. I feel like every few years makeup companies create a new product to sell.

I have uncontrollable high blood pressure. My doctor wants to put me on medication for it. I can't afford it. It's high because it can also be used for "cosmetic" purposes. My drug insurance won't cover it, even though my doctor can fill a form explaining that I need it for my HBP, and that no other medication is working. If they can refuse a doctor because the meds are expensive, then you know it's a money scam.
I mean, the first attempt was either also faked, or else he was a terrible shot. Less than a week later there were pictures of him with his ear uncovered and there was no damage at all.
