This woman, being more articulate than I am, voices my feelings about business exactly! If I were a business owner (and I am currently moving my life towards that) this is how I would choose to run it. Having a well compensated, engaged, and caring staff is worth more than fucking gold.And I'd add, as a standard, that if the success or survival of a business depends on any, even just one, of its staff making less than a living wage, it's not a viable business.
