Long undercoats aren't recommended for that because of a risk of entangling & killing the chicks :( Even short is debatable b/c of the products/pesticides that may be present in the fur

I think pointing out the hypocrisy alone would be fine, except the phrasing of it seemed to imply exactly what I took away: that it's somehow an incorrect statement because both sides were bad. Plus laying out the Holodomor as one of the atrocities while ignoring that HER people were the victims of it is pretty wild.

Okay but if you get INTO spiders you come to find them cute... I used to be scared shitless of the Giant House Spiders here and now I have a tarantula and poke the house spiders when I find them rofl. It helps that they're kind of the "adorable bumbling moron" cliche. Spiders can and will get themselves into THE stupidest situations and you've got to bail them out of them.

It's pedipalps

Pedipalps. Basically a fifth set of mini-legs that help to manipulate food & feel the environment

True, although they're usually used interchangeably, in English and in loanwords like Wildebeest

"Now, homemade beer could also be on the menu.

“We want to pursue this further and involve specialized research teams from the food sector in the process. Bread is currently one of the obvious applications we’re considering; another is beer – we’ve already discussed this with experts from [German brewer] Weihenstephan,” he said." SICK. That's an excellent brewery--Munich, established around year 1,000.

I've never seen the movie, and this just straight looks like movie set-tier design. Amazing work.

It's really neat to see them interact with the European Hornets where they intersect. The hornets are very aware of social interaction, and will body the hummingbirds away to take the nectar. Like straight-up sideways bodyslam them. Not bite or sting or attack just territorial warnings!

As long as you're emptying yourself out periodically, it doesn't matter what the receptacle is. But for prostate health you should be doing that regularly iirc.

Oooh I like that one though, unironically. That tells a super weird story

Okay but did it HAVE to be "Mommy makes milk nightly"

The actual pic released was probably just as manipulated, given that it had the day's newspaper there and visibly identifiable rofl

Can you apply the same argument to racist jokes? If so, it's a shitty take.

1 day ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

You're patting yourself on the back for taking a morally proper stance, except what you're defending is shitting on a large group of people for the actions of a few. And you're using a WHOLE lot of words to try and pretend that's the right way to do things.

They'd need to be outside for that, and most responsible owners don't leave their dogs outside, but even so you'd have to somehow train them to go in and STAY there in a fire (really tough circumstances to replicate and no guarantee it'd repeat it under duress) AND it means that first responders may not FIND the dog
