It's chopped up (red) Bell Peppers, tomato sauce ( either from the can or chopped up tomatos) and chopped onios. Prep time depending on skill and volume about 20 minutes, fry this all up in a big pot until it softens, pour in the tomato sauce, top off with some water and let it cook down a bit.Cook up some rice and you have a healthy meal that doesn't take much and you can cook 1/2

If they are indeed transporting sea animals i hope they are extremely well secured because that truck is not driving slowly. Inertia is a bitch and i fear injury to the animals may be unavoidable no matter how well you secure them.
