The US used to build somewhat dense cities with tons of trams too. It was all bulldozed for the car, legislation made it borderline illegal to build with any density or mixed use zoning, and as a result the US nowadays is largely car dependent.
Romania is the 2nd poorest nation of the EU, just barely ahead of Bulgaria. I can't imagine their prisons being anywhere near the standards of those in Germany, Denmark or the Netherlands for example, and indeed there are reports of overcrowding and poor sanitary conditions.
This is why providing safe infrastructure for cycling is such a great idea. Kids on bikes really experience so much more of the world surrounding them compared to the backseat of a car. This is actually proven in studies too. They'll build mental maps of their surroundings and grow up to be much more independent.
I've never been a fan of these giant mega raves. The best Techno venues are grimey basements of former industrial complexes with a capacity of maybe 500-1000 people, certainly no more than that. It creates a much more intimate atmosphere.
Imagine going to an event at the White House and then having to use a fucking porta potty. Could they get any more pathetic?

The overwhelming majority of Russians are either entirely on board with the quest to "restore" a Russian empire against the will of the people of other nations, or don't care in the slightest and stay passive like they've always done.

They may disable transponders for secrecy during combat training, certain transports or obviously actual combat missions. These are quite rare though.During the opening stages of Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine, tons of NATO aircraft, including strategic bombers, deliberately flew with active transponders in Polish or Romanian airspace as a show of force.
That looks like ADS-B Exchange, not Flightradar24, and they have a filter to only show military/government aircraft. Here's an example from Europe.

It is still a significant loss that will eat up tons of valuable resources, not to mention there are now fewer of these aircraft until a replacement enters service.I think you might have these confused with the larger strategic bombers of the Russian Air Force, which are not only much fewer in numbers to begin with, but genuinely can't be replaced if lost. Which is why "Operation Spiderweb" was such a massive success for Ukraine

Same. I started using it around 2006 with version 1.5 something and never really switched to a different browser. Chromium-based browsers were always just secondary browsers for to check if a website's weird behavior might be browser-related, but for day to day use it's the Fox all the way.

He never attended the Air Assault or Airbourne courses, let alone Ranger school or earning jump wings. These things are expected from infantry officers in the US Army.What gives me, from the other side of the pond, a sliver of hope is that r/military, a community of actual professionals, collectively hates this clown.
