Master of the failed joke. God of that which falls flat. Me. Selfie for whom it may concern: http://imgur.com/es4G8Fz Metalhead, nerd, singer, guitarist, programmer, 3D/pencil artist, general enthusiast of sciency stuff. Yeah, I'm a versatile bastard.
The EU said the same to me, now I pay 3 euros (plus VAT) extra, on every line item from AliExpress...
I was gonna say they're too tiny to hit the frenulum right... and then I realized the "frenulum" is probably the whole tentacle-looking set of extensions of the clit. Google's AI tells me it's just where the labia minora meet the clit.
The genesis block (first block in the blockchain) of Bitcoin contains the text "Chancellor on Brink of Second Bailout for Banks", a reference to a newspaper article. Apparently there are collectors: https://www.thetimes03jan2009.com/
Apparently papers written by autistic people are more likely to be flagged as AI by those AI detectors, even when no AI was used. Fun fact. Well, fun-ish. Less fun if you're autistic :P
To be fair, organized religion has been used as the means to enact some really bad shit. The USA's right wing is, in part, held up by Christian authority figures. But Judaism is non-proselytizing, which makes it a little better than the others in my eyes. Of course, the one country where it's basically the state religion, is using it as an excuse for genocide... but that's because it's a country led by shitty/evil politicians, not because it's a uniquely bad religion somehow.
I thought I was a good listener who types really fast and intentionally slows down to let others get a word in edgewise... but apparently that's not it.
That's absolutely adorable, and it sounds like he's landed quite a catch... almost by accident :P
Okay, so that's like... 67 rounds per second. So... 22 handfuls of high-velocity lead. Per second. I guess the actual bullets are much smaller than the full cartridges, but still. I'm now less surprised at how quickly it spun up.
It hasn't always been that, and won't always be, but it's where the fight's at right now. If that falls, gay rights are next. So it's an important thing to look for in a candidate. Women's rights, too, though... it's kinda weird that America dropped the ball on the abortion thing for so long.
On birds, the ear-holes are eerily close to the eyeballs, to the point that you can see the back of the eyes through the ears in some cases? At least, that's what I remember.
Well, I've made some atrocious puns in the past! Sure, 3 seconds isn't much, but still.
And the one on your lap seems -very- disconcerted with the fact that he didn't think of sitting on your tits instead. Or... that he was late and the other got to them first?
I'll do the bunny, sure, but it won't be very gay... unless the bunny happens to be trans, I guess? Don't care, dick is fun too.
I've used LLMs quite often in the past 5 months, via OpenRouter, on agentic stuff and just chatting. Put in $10 at Jan 1, got $1.33 left. Claude is just crazy expensive. Open-weight models is where it's at. Wasted like $1.50 in an hour once when my software accidentally picked Claude instead. Fuck that.
Fun fact: making a transformer for AC to AC is much easier than DC to DC, and a DC voltage regulator (commonly used to change an unknown DC voltage to a specific DC voltage) is very inefficient. So AC is probably better unless you get DC hookups for every voltage your devices need. Also, DC loses more power for the same length/thickness of cable, which means you need thicker cables so they don't overheat and burn your house down. So AC is pretty useful :D
Tbh, I don't think I could take him in a fight either, and I still vaguely remember my judo, karate and jiu jitsu lessons. The thing is, beating him up might not be so hard, but the secret service agents might make it more difficult.
Goldsmiths tend to file/saw over a drawer or some other way of collecting the dust, for that exact same reason. I'm -not- a goldsmith, but I've recently gotten into gem cutting and looked into the metalworking stuff because it's (apparently) easier to sell a whole piece than a loose gem.
I'll back this: do what works for you. I'm officially just unfit for work, and getting 70% of minimum wage for that reason as government benefits. But I did manage, for a few years, to make and sell artisanal, high-quality, uh... rubber sculptures... that people loved and gave great reviews for. Being able to produce the molds in my own time made it pretty easy: when an order came in, I'd just grab a mold, pour silicone, ship, done. Too bad I suck at marketing :P
This dude bats his forearms instead, apparently. With GUSTO.
As a future corpse: I didn't vote for him! But then again, it'd be highly illegal if I did, because I'm Dutch.
Dodecahydrant.
Man, I'm a commie (council commie / AnCom, whichever) now, but I had an AnCap-leaning phase... which is awkwardly close to that. Being too close to the fash taught me a lot about the nature of power and money, and uh... yeah, I bounced right off that when I saw it for what it was :P
Which is why it's so important for everyone in the company to have an equal vote/voice. It automatically fixes stuff like this: as long as people are aware that a task needs to be done, and takes a lot of time, they -should- be pushing for someone to do that thing, at a wage that keeps them there.
Oh man, you can see part of her arm with the tracelet in front of her belly, but the arm just blends into part of the bed, smoothly. Looks like AI-based editing rather than Photoshop or such. I always enjoy spotting such quirks.
I initially read Dreher's post as supportive, like: "yeah, look at how crazy it's getting, even the corporations are now starting to resist". I mean... is he suggesting that the totalitarianism is coming from the LGBT+? Or is he admitting that the fash is bad, but still saying that rainbow cookies are worse?
I do respect Americans more right now. The LGBT+, those with different skin colours, the disabled or poor, anyone who's just trying to survive this shit. But not the cheeto, and the shit he's done to all those Americans.
I think "the Claims Adjuster" is one nickname for Luigi Mangione?
Regular gray/black pencils aren't generally considered to be coloured pencils. In my experience, regular pencil is much easier to erase than coloured pencil.
Pressure pot is better for resin, vacuum chamber is better for silicone. Never tried the pressure pot but I can't imagine it working well, since silicone is flexible (and could just show bubbles after it's cured, when you release the pressure). So just mix a batch, vacuum it until it stops bubbling, then pour slowly. To deal with layer lines, there's resins that you can paint on. I just spray with primer and make sure the de-molding spray covers everything well.
Oh fuck no, I think that's tin-cured silicone you're talking about. No bueno, that's bad stuff. Get some platinum-cured stuff. Smooth-On Eco-Flex 00-50 is what I used to make (and sell! With good reviews!) softer toys, while Dragon Skin 10 Medium is good for firmer toys. The former cures in 3 hours, the latter in 5. Costs more, but it doesn't leech nasties into your private bits.
