Yes and no. While you obviously want to be moving in a progressive growth strategy, it is valuable to return to issues that often arise in order to develop better methods of addressing them in order to improve efficiency and update standard operating procedures. Stagnation in methodology leads to bad practice. That said circling back should be very intentional, and not just a go to mind set of, "we'll get back to this later"
