Houstonian here, the water has receded in many areas now, including that neighborhood. I think since about Saturday but not sure if time
2 not sure if Lakewood church flooded Sat night, but most of that area right off freeway was under water
I'm, I happen to live a frw blocks from there, and it flooded Friday night, water receded and then many areas flooded AGAIN sat night 1/2

I worked in restaurants & bars for about a decade, and even in traditional restaurants alc bevs were the most profitable parts of the menu.
