I love that the cop is clearly confused as to why the guy is so skittish and so heavily telegraphing his movements. As if this wouldn’t be an incredibly dangerous situation if the driver was black or a minority.

Most days I send my girlfriend 5 memes and the fifth one is always Frank (or the clowder). The Xmas card you so graciously sent is framed above her desk.
You’ve never met us, we’ve never spoken, and you mean the world to us ❤️
Be well TO.

See, I assumed you had just lengthened the slits and the back was just a TOS violation waiting to happen, but nope you literally murdered that thing! My brain cannot process how the cutting like that worked to get it to fit, very impressive

#46 India has this, or at least Kolkata did, tap the horn for “I’m here” or press for longer to express your displeasure. Very necessary with that traffic system

His nickname is literally “The Prince of Darkness”.
The irony of all of our Princes and their connections to Epstein. Ah well, at least some of our lot are receiving consequences and being investigated by the police.

Yep, that is power lifting comp standard and not even the most extreme arch that you’ll see.
The elbows were locked, the weight touched her chest just below the pecs and her elbows locked out again. This is a shorter bar path which meets that criteria, rather than back flat on the bench.
(Note: I do lift, but not as a powerlifter, it’s just a special interest)

Really!? I think twice now I’ve come home from camping or hiking in Scotland and had to have a tick removed. Obviously not hugely common but it does happen.
Maybe I’m just more delicious than you are?

The uniform is at least clearly the Dutch police uniform from what I remember

I’ve lived here basically my whole adult life and I’m still massively in love with the city. Your first trip along Prince’s Street is magical.
Drop me a message if you have any questions, although I’m sure your wife will be pretty in the know

You cannot ignore it, it will not let you ignore it!

That’s fair, I only ever do singles when I’m testing my 1RM and then it’s always at “trying not shit myself” effort.

I mean it’s definitely very context specific, but that is what it’s for. It’s ensuring that you can accurately compare lifts week to week in both the weight, the reps and how difficult it was.
For me I just want a steadily linear increase in my strength over time to show that I’m progressing.
Powermidget is looking to keep to a glide path into competition for her best comp performance.
Both require consistency.

My much preferred is RIR, Reps in Reserve which is basically the inverse. How many more reps could you do if you hadn’t finished the set there? 0 being you’ve hit failure and 6+ is usually too many left to get muscle building benefit from the set.

Rate of Perceived Exertion, a scale of 1-10 of how hard it was to lift.
1 being “I could do this forever, it’s like marshmallows” and 10 being “… I might have just shit myself”

How do you get s3nd to actually accept your account though? I saw people basically always had to specially request it somewhere?

This is… completely wrong? Like totally wrong. Your forearm doesn’t shrink as you curl.

The weight you are feeling is resistance against gravity, gravity basically points down. At the top of a preacher and the bottom of a curl the weight is moving very little horizontally. When your forearm is at 90deg it’s basically all up and down. That’s why.
With cables the resistance is against moving the cable in and out, so you can generate all sorts of interesting resistance profiles with them.
