A good reminder that purely technical words can be turned into something hateful and appear hateful/insensitive in retrospect.

I think it passed down in elementary schools. I did too and only learned the history recently on Vox.

I just watched it. He almost breaks character as he begins to smell the water. Pretty hilarious.
He has the most unique accent. Maybe a rural New England accent?
And presumably the potassium sorbate and sodium hexametaphosphate and polysorbate 60 are from Jersey or Ohio

That’s from Pergamon which is was near modern day Izmir, Turkey. The British Museum in London has the pieces from Parthenon, Athens.
