Too many times I woke up and actually checked under my pillow for that food

I worked a handful of call centers in the US that did support, handling support for other US residents, and it's always about the numbers and not who or how you helped people solve an issue. They'd always cry for you to get no more than like 8 or 9 minute phone calls before taking the next call but it doesn't always work like that. Too often you get an old person who just doesn't understand and even begs you to find out their personal email address for them and you're on the timer
