Agreed on the drought. I certainly fall into the periodic watering group.. even so that's still a decent amount! One of the things Gertens noted was having two varieties would keep the bushes smaller, and yield more fruit. That seemed like a win/win. The ones we have should range 2-5ft in size. There was a third variety they had that grew 5-10ft.
I, too, am a Twin Cities native! Preordered them from Gertens earlier this year. Good to know. Our kids devour wild mulberry, so I'm sure the tart years will still see consumption (if not via preserves like you mentioned). I read yields can be upwards of 7+ lbs per bush after a couple years. Any truth to that in your experience?

It was a slow afternoon for me.. I had a hunch the speed of sound would matter at this distance, and it certainly does. If we take the free fall approximation of around 15 seconds (from release to thud), and account for the time to travel back. It goes from just over 2/3 mile to just shy of 1/2 mile with a true travel time of ~12.68 s.

Not to my knowledge, but my dad does take tremor medication now (late 60's) and it's something neurological , _I think_, but I am pretty sure he would have told me if he had MS, Parkinson's or the likes of those. Thanks friend.
They mentioned MS as a possibility.. and if it ends up being that i am pretty sure we were cut from the same cloth. I also am diagnosed with ibs. Mine just struck at 4am today, so i was empty as fuck for the scan.
