We had a backyard garden when I was a kid. One part had raspberries at one end, strawberries at the other. It was eventually 50/50 with the two battling for dominance in the middle.
Nice! I think I have two Borealis (?) - I'm in 4b also (Twin Cities). I have found that it took a couple years to get honeyberries that are actually sweet off the bush - often they were extremely astringent, but even then they make great jam. About 3 years in, they're producing better and the flavor is really good. Not sure if that's everyone's experience with honeyberries or if I just have weird soil / weird weather / was picking them at the wrong time / whatever.
They need very high-drainage soil. Also, I prefer growing Saskatoons over Blueberries, because Saskatoons grow more easily, and they are MUCH more nutritious. They have 2x more Vitamin C and Fibre.
We're in 7b, wild blueberries are a major attraction about 100 kliks north of here. I planted a blueberry bush eight years ago and every year I get one or maybe two berries. I don't even get to eat them as they fall off or get picked off by the birds.

Yeah if you want to grow berries, you need to grow MUCH more than you need to have any reasonable harvest.
