My same thought. Chicken farming is highly regulated here for the health and well-being of the chickens. It's not ideal, but it's better than most.

I love that in many countries we can give our loved ones a peaceful way out before age ravages them and steals their quality of life. I'm all for more life for our babies but as long as that's quality life.
Mine is chill for a mal, though she's a x with a dutchie so that might explain it. Still lots of fun energy though.

Shucking from the top, grab the fluffy bit at the top, hold the base and pull down. It'll all pull off. No drama, and you keep the stem to hold onto
