They are so crazy looking IRL. Some are so cute. Some look like giant rabbits. Some have eery almost human proportions. And some are randomly jacked to the hilt.

Roo the day that you try to sneak into OUR neighborhood!

What do those veggie rodents mostly eat? Unless it's grass... not sure why they'd be in suburbia.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well they aren't rodents so they don't eat cheese that's for sure.

He just came out of the pouch on Sunday. Little Shit in Training. I love him.

“Aye boss, imma be late, bit hung up.”

“Oooooo, buggah, good luck mate, make it in time for a stubby.”

A kangaroo's balls are above his penis. Now you know.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I somehow always forget just how fucking weird these things are.

Aussie Aussie Aussie!

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's the HOA making sure you don't plant any flowers.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

We don't have HOAs in Australia.

Wassup, nuts on top? Kidding, they are almost as cute as alligators. Bet they would do well in Florida.

The difference in arm size between the males and females is crazy!

I’ll stick with my squirrels and chipmunks

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Like a real life bluey episode…except these animals are cunts and will kill you.

1 month ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 1

No this we know but what about the kangaroos then?

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I thought they were relatively harmless until I saw a wound from a 'roo kick. Looked like if a horse had a dagger and kick-stabbed him. Then there was the video of one trying to strangle a dog to death...oh yeah, and someone from NSW told me they would try to bait things into water sources to drown them. 😐

1 month ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Luring dogs into water and drowning them is a fairly recently learned behaviour. Roos are cunts, wallabies are fine.

1 month ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Roos are fine too — but they’re also wild animals and dogs that “play” chasing them = sad times

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is there much damage? You should see the damage, bronze. Metal damage, brain damage.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Shit's about to go down!

That is a big boy

1 month ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

He's jacked up and ready to protect 'his' rights to those ladies. Fucking with him is not considered a smart move.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You're just saying that because of his testicles.

We get deer in our backyard and that’s cool but this? Wow!

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My neighbourhood has squirrrels and sparrows. I feel cheated.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

No rabbits, you're being cheated out of wild life.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Oh yeah, I forgot the bnuys. ( And many other things, actually. I'm not really cheated, just acclimatized.)

We get bears, moose and the rare lynx.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I wonder how that roo would do in a tangle with a black bear. (He’s no match for a grizzly, but looks like he might be similar in weight to a small black bear.)

Balls

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

His name is Dee.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The thing about kangaroo balls, is that no matter how they are positioned, there they are. Laying down? They're on their back, legs spread. Standing up, they're swinging on a pendulum. They're inescapable.

Yeah naur. Let's go around

Not a neighborhood watch. That's a gang that took over the neighborhood.

Come at me bro.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Collective term for kangaroos is a mob.

That’s a lot of standing up deer

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I for one welcome our new kangaroo overlords (ˢʰᵘᵗ ᵘᵖ ᵗʰᵉʸ ᵐᶦᵍʰᵗ ʰᵉᵃʳ ʸᵒᵘ)

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The plural noun for roos is actually a Mob. That's the local mob boss right there, so you better show some respect!

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

My brother in...well, just my brother. What do you think the neighborhood watch is?

1 month ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

What?!

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Before Americans get any ideas: no, this is not normal; it's either some very rural town or an anomaly. The vast majority of Australians have never even seen a kangaroo outside of a zoo, or at best, roadkill.

1 month ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 1

I see that level of herd every day in urban Canberra. They eat the strawberries in my front yard.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You don't see wood ducks all clustered like that normally either, someone around there is def feeding them. Kangaroos are much like deer, they are very skittish and rarely seen unless well tamed, though they are more active during the day so they can sometimes be seen in fields off to the side of roads.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Those are mallard ducks, both male and female. Wood ducks look similar but the big tell is that wood ducks have red eyes.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Oh, how embarrassing! Male wood ducks also have brown heads instead of the glossy green, it was a pretty silly mix-up.

I live in the suburbs in Perth, I see groups of Kangaroos like this constantly from a major road, scrub on one side houses on the other, not 200m from my place.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Perth? First fire and now the internet; really coming along (:

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I live in a small coastal village on the south coast of Australia, this is very common were I live, but your right, not in the big city's. I did used to live in our Capital Canberra, in some of the outer suburbs its common, an I love that.

Tathra? Bermagui? Once you get out of Sydney they're around all the camp grounds.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nah, Jervis. Bloody love Bermagui though, an grew up with a bunch of kids from Tathra. Theres Kangaroos all over my kids school an the footy oval here.
