My wife and I have been trying to figure out which person’s insurance we should use, we have been using mine for the last two years, by “shopping” between the 2 plans my company offer vs the 3 plans her company offers. The plans change every year. Every year her enrollment ends before mine begins. If we don’t make a “choice” then we are either penalized thousands come tax time or we are stuck with shaky government issued insurance. I don’t understand why this is legal.
