I see number 2 and it's all cool if it's on a lawn, but next to the intersection and my mind goes "I'M TRYING TO SEE WHAT'S GOING 55MPH AND COULD KILL ME. CUT IT DOWN." I hate it when businesses get fancy and put ornate bushes and junk at intersections. It'll literally be the death of me someday.

So should I update my video card drivers?

I don't think I'll ever adapt. My brain is 100% trying to troubleshoot what is causing frame drops the entire time.

why do two of them sound exactly the same? The first one and then the one at 0:34 remaining.

Looks like his takeoff has been severely sped up. Probably explains why there is no audio of the impact and instead an odd warble.

One of my professors would take student projects from the previous year and mandated we all buy them from the off campus print shop, just so she could get some extra cash.

I misread that as Amazon and thought we achieved new levels of dystopian where Amazon will get into debt collection.

I actually heard a variant of this in person. I couldn't believe it.

EVERY. SINGLE. TRAILER. is the same exact thing now. Open on a somber remix of a pop 80s/90s song. Single sentence quote over black. Begin with characters exchanging friendly dialog. War drums start beating. Action scenes flash rapidly. Most overused movie sound: Bwoooooooooo. Single sentence ripped from movie's climax. Music swells to extremely loud while more flashing action occurs. Cut all sound but somber opening song. Title and release date.

That's a bit of misinformation. The disc ALWAYS goes through quality assurance procedures, be it Microsoft or Sony, to ensure that it will launch and play on first insertion. You can even bypass patches, but get limited to offline mode.

Don't forget that wartime presidents have vastly more power, unchecked, all in the name of homeland security.

I cared about the Eclipse blowing up in size. Why use the same name for a completely different product?

and Google keeps removing more and more functionality. Can't use - to exclude terms now. Can't use quotes to search a string. Every search is a fuzzy search, and if it's not reddit, facebook, or instagram, it'll be page 3.

I find bugs and glitches fascinating. Like how Bungie released Myth II with an uninstaller that, if you installed the game to C:\, will completely wipe your computer when you uninstall the game. They had to recall the discs.

Turok Rage Wars had a bug where the co-op campaign was completely unbeatable due to a glitch.
Harvest Moon DS had a game breaking bug where all town residents can vanish randomly.
Soul Calibur 3 had a bug where if you deleted any game's save off your memory card, if it was on the card before SC3, it would completely corrupt your SC3 file.

There have always been bugs and revisions. It's just that games got more complex and QA didn't scale up to match.

That's all you can say!

Yup, my university had this. And worse yet, they had a deal with a local business to "hire" these unpaid students.
