HE didn't do shit. Trump hasn't touched a chainsaw in his entire life. He told someone else who told someone else who used our tax money to pay someone else (all likely in violation of the law) to cut down those trees.
I give it about 2 seconds after this rule is implemented for all the giant meat packing plants to each purchase one (1) cow from a nearby farm, officially making them "ranchers", exempting them from USDA regulations (probably some labor/OSHA rules as well).
