It's honesty. Reading through his wikipedia page, his biggest flaw seems to be that he's so focused on public health that he's kinda blind to political issues. During Covid he warned against protests against police brutality because of the possibility of spreading covid. inarguably the correct call, but definitely politically tone deaf also.

If you can paint or want to learn how, you can buy Krita on Steam for 10 bucks to support the developers or just download it free on their website, or if you're on Linux it's probably in your app repository.
