Arching reduces your injury chance, particularly your shoulders. It also allows you to push with your legs as well.
Your back doesn't really bear any weight, and more importantly it's being braced by the bench at your shoulders and butt. I can't arch this much on account if being a massive dude, but I've bench over 400 like this and it doesn't feel any different on my back than 200.

I can even give you a real example. Bloodborne. Downloading the patch made the game give you an item - this is your variable. And you could drop it in co-op, and the other player could pick it up. They don't own the DLC, but guess what? They have the item, the check is done. They now have access to the DLC. This actually happened. And then the player that dropped the item? Well the game rechecked on launch and gave it to you.
If you never got the new patch, you had it for free, forever.
A saved variable can be edited, clients can be tricked, memory can be modified. Unless they enforced strict online drm, there are a lot of ways to circumvent it.
I could give you a patch for Final Fantasy 16 that unlocks all the DLC. The nxd data files only check it by a flag, and I can change that. But it's offline, so the DLC would have data files as well. But an online enabled game? Even if you don't own the cosmetics, new weapons, etc, your client has to have them to render other players.

I can't do weighted, but I am at 10 pullups and ~16 chinups now, happy with it.

Prople don't realize how cheap gaming is comparatively. The Atari was cheap and is about in line with today.
Mario 3's $50 launch makes it about $125 (worth it though)
Games like Megaman X that had additional chips regularly ran $70+
Star Ocean and Tales of Phantasia were crazy expensive, over $100 depending on chip availability

The vastness of the US is a massive logistical issue. Most of the largest states by land mass are also republican, a party that both hates infrastructure investment and EVs (sometimes, when it suits them), so getting the funding necessary would be struggle enough, and then making sure they don't just take the money and spend it on something else is a whole other can of idiocy.

We already have that in the US, but only for high scheduled drugs. I cannot have more than 1 months worth of Adderall picked up or delivered. Another lower scheduled drug I takr is limited to 3 months, and some allow you to get 6 months, which is the max.
The Adderall is actually too restrictive, as I actually need to wait 28 days between orders or my insurance won't pay. And it isn't from time of pickup, it is when I order that dictates coverage.
