Here's a crazy idea. Why not just make an all gender league? I mean it all boils down to if the people want it they will come. Then that settles it for every one but to crowbar into a space for a specific gender and whine when that specific gender gets annoyed is stupid. Don't like how things are go make Ur own thing. Build something you are proud of instead of co-opting already existing things.

I've posed the question that biologically men and women are different regardless of genitals and in a contact sport like rugby it's a stupid fucking idea to have me that have transitioned to women playing in a women's league. It's fuck all to do with transphobia I even said there's literally no issue with a woman who has transitioned to male playing in a male league. You however see some one disagree with something and go full retard.

I'm all for women transitioning to men playing in mens sports but men that transition to women I personally think will have a higher advantage playing in women's sports especially at a professional level. It's not an issue of rights but fairness. Despite all the hormones and surgery there is still an underline biological difference.

So this law is bad because "checks notes" it caters to single gender spaces and people feeling comfortable in them. The majority of the population is not trans and they all pay tax.. No one is going to stop a trans woman using the lady's room if they actually look like a woman who would even know this is to prevent using being trans as a cover invading those spaces.
