Hah. I knew the name looked familiar. Thankfully it's not the wonderful Max Miller from Tasting History. The Chicken Paprikash from Dracula looked amazing. I got to work in an Austrian restaurant with an Austrian chef that would make that for family meal. Fucking hell it's delicious
