Why does it have to be an evil capitalist plot. Maybe it keeps people from leaning over the edge where they could fall or drop things on the people below(this is upper level) maybe it keeps people from setting drinks or other items close to the far edge or kids from climbing on it. Then we can treat them like the unreliable idiots that they are. Yes they have no credibility and smart people should never trust their judgement but it is going to take a tidal wave to wash away this mess and put reforms in place.
They aren’t lonely or isolated. They are all grouped together in a circle jerk watching right wing media. They believe they are the majority.
