I totally get it, but if you need a break you can simply tell me. We all dealt with ppl thats tired or have a heavy shift. Its really simple to say whats going on vs DEMANDING you leave them alone. If you tell me im on my break, or, dont reply at all, Id simply wait. Im just speaking on the toxic ones if you know whatimean. You DESERVE your break. I wouldnt want to bother that, as well as at my job, no one knows when youre on break. Feel me?
I treat teams like text msgs. I send you a msg and you either respond when you have time or dont at all. Ppl that look too deep into this are annoying. Like ppl that take their lunch break and demand no one bother them. Self centered. World dont revolve around you, sht needs to get done
