Those cubicle walls are giving me claustrophobia.
My first swimming costume was pink. I modelled for my dad and he called me a watermelon. I’ll never forget that. It hurt.
That as what I was thinking too.
Those mini epiphanies on the toilet are awesome. Write them down or talk out loud to cement them down because they keep coming.
It’s still hard to separate RSD from truth when I get feedback at work. I immediately assume all feedback is bad which is not nec true
I used to go home and go to bed when I got rejection emails for jobs I applied for. I’m better now at dealing with that rejection but 1/2
Work on how I can regulate my moods better, so that I don’t raise my blood pressure over trivial things 3/3
I realised that it’s ok to not be “normal”. The understanding was like a release. Now I need to learn how to identify the triggers and 2
I had a meltdown (yes I’m a grown woman) and I finally recognised that it happens because I’m not “normal” and for the first time 1
