Give it a few books. The first story arc is decent, and I feel like does deserve some praise. It’s interesting and dynamic. But the later story arcs are hot, boring, stupid-plot garbage.
Man, I cannot state this enough… fuck he who fights monsters. Series is so overrated, has gone on for way too many arcs, and the writing is dumb. Jason has ptsd. Didn’t you know Jason has ptsd. I don’t know how long Jason can go on because he has ptsd. Jason had a girlfriend for 8 pages so that way the author could fridge her so that way he could have ptsd. The fight that Jason has to do is really dumb and has given him ptsd. Also, the overall conflict is so overinflated it’s boring.
