Good to see Schiff has time to be sad about Graham while at the same time being sad that Canadians aren't buying American booze after America threatened to destroy Canada. That's a lot of sadness for one guy.

I'm guessing you're not overly familiar with bridges and how their tolls work, but tolls being collected on the Canadian side likely means the tolls are being charged to US-originating traffic.
Her teammate was fouled in a shitty manner, the refs weren't doing enough about it, and she noticed that the responsible opposing team member was getting really wound up about being pointed at... so she kept doing it. Even she admits it was ridiculous, but she was amused by how pissed off it made the other player, who apparently had enough of a guilty conscience to flip out at being singled out.
