I've seen other videos with this kind of trick, but there's something fishy about this one...1) the front wheel shoots forward much quicker than I'd expect from a fork simply lifting off the ground, and 2) he does a wheelie with his hand on the left handlebar. Usually, you'd use your right hand for a one-handed wheelie because that's where the rear brake lever is. It's still possible to do it the way it's done in the video...just makes it all the more impressive if real.
As much as I admire the guy, is $100 what celebrities are charging for an autograph and photo these days?

While it's possible the weight of vehicles is negligible, it's also possible that it's pumping in ballast to keep the ship level.
The guy is standing still, not franticly moving in a way that would attract an accidental bite.
That last frame shows spectators on the other side of the bears too. I wonder what was going through their minds while the bear ran towards them.

I think a comment on the youtube video said it was the truck following the red car (or another) too closely, the first car slammed on the brakes (the squeeling), and the truck, in order to avoid hitting the car, swerved onto the gravel where there is no braking power.
And there are many industries that use fewer physical resources. Service industries, for instance.
What is "of worth" differs depending on who you ask, and for every dirty industry there is a consumer who will defend it (ie. people want to hate on Amazon, but there are plenty of consumers who love it).
Unfortunately, there are more than enough people who can supply the world's food and shelter. Most other industries are built around discretionary purchases, and you'll need marketing to sell it.
Just about every industry that uses actual physical resources can be seen as an environmental catastrophe. There is energy use, waste byproduct, transportation in just about everything physical.
