Same. Less than an hour for me, too. I occasionally have work in Estes Park. Pretty touristy, but rocky mountain national park is beautiful. I've never been to Pikes peak either.
This band is so much fun to see live. Especially at the Stanley Hotel.
The perfect album for you. Minutemen- Double Nickels on a Dime. Three sides. Each band member wrote a side. Every track is less than 2 minutes long. So if you don't like it it's over in less than 2 minutes. Nearly every track is a different genre. Pop, punk, jazz, scat, spoken word, etc... Song you might recognize is Corona (Mike Watts side).
