An IPO only means *publicly* traded stock. Stock can be bought privately before then directly from the company, if you have permission (aka tons of money to "invest").

That information was and always has been readily available. What bothers me as a Democrat is that the party didn't bother to lay this out as one of the very strong messages that would have been effective had they been used. Instead, we got limp-noodle "I'm a good choice because I'm a good person" which is noble and all but goddammit you gotta raise the black flag when dealing with the GOP. This is why we lose because our leadership REFUSES TO PUNCH BACK.
While that would have been an AWESOME retort, I'm glad he stuck with the steady stream of 5ths. "I don't have to answer to you" in somewhat adjacent speaking, and he's right. Senate hearings aren't courts so different laws apply but nothing supercedes the 5th.
He wasn't, though, as I'm sure you know. He ignored Fauci's advice and counsel at every turn, and blamed the good doctor when Covid took lives due to his own slow response and acceptance of fact. Dr. Fauci was subjected to numerous public insults from the press and Congress along with credible threats to his own life and the lives of his family, and yet the entire time remained poised and professional. I'd have *gladly* lost my shit at all that he withstood from these idiots.

I have been corrected.
Because torque is the result of a cross-product of force (used to spin the wheel) and the perpedicular distance to the force (the radius of the wheel). You can use your right hand to show you which direction the torque is in by pointing your thumb up, your first finger straight out, and bending the other fingers 90 degrees. In other words, the RIGHT HAND correctly predicts the direction of the torque.
That's not true. The Joint Chiefs have to okay nuclear weapon use. He only has "authority" because he's part of the chain that has to agree to use them.
Seems about on par with this administration.

A fetus isn't a person. You can only murder people. A fetus is a *developing* human, but it isn't one until it's born. I'm not saying it's not alive - you made the assumption, not me - but it isn't a person, or a human being YET. Until it's born a fetus is a fetus. A fetus can die because it is indeed alive, but it isn't a person. SCIENCE backs me up on all of this.
