Yes, but "10th-12th Grade" is almost entirely a phrase you'd only hear from someone who went through the USA's K-12 school system.
Not to mention follows, likes, comments, etc all translate to increased visibility on platforms. The more you have the more your news gets pushed out to individuals.

Typically, soft power is used to influence and pressure others before that point. That soft power is what's worn away.
