This is the way. You can use whistle.blower laws to protect you. This could have been going on for longer than you've been at the company, so there could be dozens more staff that have been underpaid. Don't just help the current employees, help all the former employees as well!
No, seek out a therapist that specializes in religious trauma. That's how I found mine. Don't wait!

We just moved out of state, so I have no one here to cry with. This is part of why I'm in the situation I am now, realizing I'm alone.
Yup, and that's why I can't talk with my wife. My therapist said it wouldn't be good for us until I have better tools to handle everything.
She's part of it, and I don't have the tools to have a safe and calm conversation with her about all this yet.

My therapist recommended it for multiple reasons.
A place where I can raise my kids and know they are safe at school, have their healthcare(abortion included) and university guaranteed.
Universal healthcare, women's bodily rights, gun reform and strict gun laws, emphasis on public education and free college, and much more.
Born and raised in the US, hence the first generation comment. My family has been in the US since the 60's.
History is bound to repeat itself. And Nazis are marching in Boston and other places freely.
I've heard good things from expats living in Germany!
Finland is a great place! We're getting passports and will be traveling over the next couple years to various places to check out.
I'm actively looking into Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Portugal.
That's awesome! My grandfather earned the distinguished flying cross for his heroism landing his B-17 on only one engine.
