My Fiance was texting me while she was at work today and kept asking how I was doing. I said I was OK but when she kept asking I asked if something was wrong. She said that she knew I was having a stressful week at work and that I was acting a little off (not in a bad way though. Just off) and that she just wanted to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. I cried.
Yea I used to get a $100 Christmas bonus which I know is more than what a lot of people get. Then I said duck that and now work at a new place that has a profit share platform for our bonuses. Mine got "cut low" this year because I started in June and it was still $1700.
I know! My Fiance and I both agreed that we want kids first and then once they reach like grade 9ish then we will discuss getting a dog.
Does anyone know of a free add blocker that still works? I ended up installing something that Grey's out and mutes the adds then skips them when YouTube allows it but it's still annoying having my video paused for the same add every 2 minutes.
Yeaa I know you're right. Just a little salty about how much time it's taking but I know it's a good game and the content is there.

I spent 8 years with someone who was borderline and she always hated taking medication or doing therapy. I always used her illness as an excuse for her actions but it got to a point where I had to realize that it's was also just who she was. And if someone refuses therapy or medication to help themselves then that is them. Not their illness. I do understand how hard it can be especially when they are aggressive. Talk to him if you can but you also need to think about what's best for your child.
Coming from a 27 Y/O adult. My Fiancé and I put a bookshelf in her parents garage for a couple weeks while we prepared to move with her parents permission and her mom lost her shit on us despite originally saying it was OK. My Fiancé wasn't ok for a few days and felt traumatized and we're almost 30. Now unfortunately she is still working on coming to terms that both her parents are sh*t to her but thought it was normal until recently.
Looks like the average Canadian winter to me. And it's still over priced here.

I'm a technologist and although I don't get paid as much as an engineer I think I end up stealing all the fun CAD work from you guys.
I used to know the police chief of my local city and they said that for someone my size (5'5 male 160lb) that I can only have 1 beer every 2 hours and will still be safely under the limit.
Speaking as someone who didn't pick up on red flags for 8 years. They highly likely won't get better. I had to break up with my ex 7 times and she threatened suicide every time. I ended up having to just walk out. And even when I did she did an "attempt" to try and make me feel bad. I say attempt in quotations because what she did had an almost 0 chance of working but she attempted anyways. My suggestion is to count your losses and move on.
I tried. Got blacklisted so I'm not allowed anymore. Not my fault I swear.
I cut my fingers 100 times just watching that video.
One of my clients is having Doug Ford over for a Christmas party. I love working in architecture but hate the clients...
I got told I couldn't work from home during a snowstorm and had to come into the office despite being able to work from home. Fuck my work.
I love it all being both a MTG fan and a Canadian.

I was in an abusive relationship for 8 years. It hurt/hard to let go but now I'm so happy I did. I have since met a beautiful loving woman.
I will admit. I hunt. But not for sport. I actually eat what I kill and use as much as I can. Trophy hunting sickens me.
