IMHO: I've had both, the corn in husks is highly variable (some good, some rotted/foul). The packaged corn, if not wrinkled, is always nice.
Yup. I've installed under-cabinet lights because I adore the nighttime vibe of indirect, soft light.
It's more like a smoke alarm -- making noise when it is running out of energy. :)

What kind of trap is that?
Breaking the seal across the entire circle all at once is impossible. Break the seal at one small point near where the flap attaches.
I'll bet the elephant one is just tied to the bottom of the box. :) It would be tough to fit an 18,000 lb / 8100 kg weight in that box.
I just watched it again this week, it is always entertaining. I'm just sad Alan Dean Foster didn't get any credit for ideas stolen from him.
(Thus the high score -- sloppy defense to avoid injury.)
Many world cup players have big careers to go back to, and risking injury for 3rd place was not compelling.
I only got to play it a few times, but it left a memory of how original the game was. :)
