Some people just don't get the dopamine hit. Sounds like you're one. For you exercise has seemingly no reward. Some people get it really hard, usually your extreme sports people. Most people fall somewhere in the middle, but it is a spectrum. Sorry to hear you basically got the genetic snake eyes for exercise.

No. But if he had clothes on he might do. It's just the classic description. You see this old guy with a huge barrel chest. He looks big and most people assume he looks in great shape as big chest = lots of aerobic exercise. Except actually his lungs are failing and this person is incredibly ill. Musk looks almost like a text book example.
Looks like a case COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). His lungs aren't contracting properly for some reason causing the chest to permanently expand. Make you look big and healthy, but really it's lung disease. Usually caused by smoking.
